The idea
Most datasets show AI what success looks like. We want to show it how success happens.
A completed file leaves out the hard parts: finding the right information, choosing between tools, adapting to an unfamiliar interface, and knowing when the result is correct.
With Parergon, contributors intentionally share bounded work sessions. Those sessions can help teams train and evaluate agents that operate across real software.

Contributors choose when to participate and should only provide work they have the right to share. Passwords, private messages, financial details, confidential work, and unrelated personal information should never be included.
Parergon is not employee-monitoring software and is not designed to silently record a computer.
